- [Demonstrator] To bulk edit several tasks at the same time, start by selecting a task in the list. I'm going to select create meeting templates. Notice over here to the left, there is a blue solid filled bar indicating that this task has been selected. There's also a different color background for this list item, it's a brighter white, indicating that it has been selected. Now if I would like to consecutively select other tasks around this task, I can hold the shift key down and select another empty area of a task item like this. And we can see that one has a blue bar. And the same thing for this. If I want to cut select non consecutive tasks, I'm going to go ahead and just click outside of this to deselect those. And now instead, I'm going to select my first item, hold the Ctrl key down, select another item. And I'll continue on to select this scheduled leadership series task as well.
