Understand the key components of the tasks in Teams

- [Instructor] Before we dig in to creating and editing tasks, let's get you familiar with the key components of this app. There are two areas, the first area is My Tasks. This is where you can manage your individual tasks from your To Do and Outlook apps, as well as your assigned tasks from Planner. The second area is Shared Plans, let's go ahead and expand this area. This is where you can manage shared group tasks, such as the tasks that are part of this social committee team. If we expand this team, here is a plan that has been set up within the Movie Night channel, and the name of the plan is Movie Night Tasks. By selecting this, we're able to view all of the tasks and who they're assigned to, as well as when they're due. If per chance you have hidden teams, you will see a third area listed here. like we see hidden teams. By expanding this area, we're able to go to the marketing team, and work with any plans that have been set up in specific channels. And that's the key components of the Planner app.
