In this workbook, I have a single sheet…and it indicates the target spending, that is the budget,…and the actual spend for the previous year,…with four or five categories...…Furnishings, Housekeeping, Maintenance,…Office Supplies and Public Areas.…What I'd like to do is to use either the larger or smaller…of these numbers for planning for the next year.…To create those calculations,…I need to create a calculated field.…So I'll open the Analysis menu…and click Create Calculated Field.…
