When you save data in a Tableau workbook, the program maintains an internal list of the values in each column. If you want to filter a column to only certain values appear, you can take advantage of that internal list by creating a selection filter. In this movie, I’ll show you how to create a selection filter to limit the data that appears in your worksheet.
