- [Instructor] By default only the Operations Manager Administrator account has the right to view and act on monitoring data. All other users must have a user role assigned in order to view or act on monitoring data. In a larger organization you might have several different Operations Manager Administrators. And you may not want them to have all of the rights that the main Administrator has. And that's because you may not want to have that many people besides the original Administrator to be able to do things to computers that might cause a security or other problem. Let's make sure we're in the Administration section, and scroll down to where it says Security. In Security, let's go ahead and click on User Roles. Now we see lots of different roles in here, and if we go to the top where it says Operations Manager Administrators, this is the role that has all of the rights built in to Operations Manager.
