- [Instructor] We're in our SCCM Server and we need to install some roles and features prior to installing SQL Server. So in Server Manager we'll click on add roles and features and we'll just keep forwarding until we get to the roles section. Here we're going to make sure we have Web Server IIS installed and when prompted go ahead and choose to add the features that go along with it. Let's click next and we'll get to the features section. And we're going to drop down on 3.5 and make sure that all sub-features are installed on our .NET and we'll do the same with the 4.7, check all of these boxes. We also want to make sure we check the box for Background Intelligence Service. Then we'll scroll down and check the box for remote differential compression. Now we can click next.
