- [Instructor] There's more than one option for deploying software from System Center Configuration Manager to our clients. The first one we'll take a look at is the Published Option. And that gives us the option for installation through the Software Center, which we showed in a previous video. After the user logs in, they launch the Software Center Application and then can choose the software they would like to install, and install it from that point. The next option is Required. And that will automatically install in the background. So that way the user has no interaction and doesn't even realize it's happening. They may notice a slight slow down during the installation, depending on the size of the application being installed. This option is very good for applications that absolutely have to be installed onto a user's computer or device. Our last option is the Targeted Endpoint. And that goes to specific devices for installation. Whether you decide to choose Published or Required…
