Closure optimizations: Learning Higher-Order Functions with Swift

Learn how closures have some interesting optimizations. If the last or only parameter of a function is a closure, it can go outside of the parenthesis. That's called a trailing closure. Also, the parameter types and even the return type are known based on the parameter definition and may be omitted. There are more optimizations too.
