- [Instructor] Another popular collector for gathering responses from respondents to your survey is to create something called a web link. A web link can be sent in a e-mail message. It could be put up on a web page for example, or using social media, a blog, you name it. All you have to do is create the web link, copy it, and then paste it wherever you want. Let's explore that now with Collect Responses still selected here for our Customer Satisfaction 2020 survey. We already see our e-mail invitation collector, and the status is open. As we scroll a little further down you'll see we can go back to those collector options, including the first one now appearing here on the list, the web link.
