Analyzing comments can be trickier, but there is a cool feature here for paid subscribers that we're going to explore right now that will help you pick out words that are used most often in those comments. It's called a word cloud. We're going to take a look now. If you are using the free version of SurveyMonkey, you can just sit back and watch what happens here.
