- [Instructor] While the multiple choice question is very popular here in Survey Monkey, there are a number of other question types we can add. One of the next most popular is the rating question, and that's what we're going to explore in this movie with our Customer Satisfaction 2020 survey we've started. To add a new question and choose a question type we have a couple of options. For example we can go over here to the far left and click the builder button. Here we see all of the different question types. If you're working with the free version of Survey Monkey some of these may be shaded in a color with a lock symbol indicating that they're part of a paid subscription, but one of the ones that we're going to explore is the star rating, which is available in all versions of Survey Monkey. Just hover over it to get a brief description, and we're going to click the add button if we want to add it to our existing survey, or…
