Instancing the material
- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to pick up where we left off and we're going to take this base and this rust layer and we're going to instance this to other texture sets. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to create another layer group here and we're going to call this loader painted metal and let's take both our rust and our base and let's just drag and drop these guys into here like this. So now we have a single layer that we can work with. Now of course we can right click and create a smart material out of this just as we did in previous videos. But what I'm going to do here is just quickly instance this across into some other texture sets. Let me just take a look at what I want to do here. So we have our rims, we don't need that. Let's just see what we have. So we want our back here. We're going to use that. A bucket. Alright, let's just do the back and the bucket for now. So what I'm going to do is just right click here on this layer and then I'm going to come here to…
