- [Joel] Now that we have the basic foundation in place for a stylized material that can be used within our visualization projects, time to think about what we could perhaps move on to next, with adding even further control and flexibility perhaps being a good place to start. Something that we could do by, first of all, exploring the controls that we will want the end user to be able to make use of. After which, we might want to think about grouping material types together and then giving the user the option to switch between them. And so we could, for instance, create one substance that has a number floor types set up inside it and another that contains different types of stone and brickwork. Both exercises that can help us get used to adjusting both the settings and nodes inside a substance, so as to work in a variety of project types and settings.
