Lights and camera controls

- [Instructor] Our next menu item, Lights, gives us the ability, if I just open that up, to both edit and reset the lights in our 3D view. For the most part, our 3D view is being lit via the HDRI that by default is set as the environment in our scene. But of course there may be times when we want to check out how our material will look under more specific lighting conditions, such as those found in a game level or real-time visualization project that our texture will populate. To make sure that we are all starting on the same page as it were, let's click the reset option and then quickly come to the Display menu, which we will be discussing later. But for now, we can just click the Light option to see exactly where the current lights are in the scene. For the which, we can come to the Lights menu and click the Edit option. We do have several lights listed here, but for now, we're interested in just the point one and point two options. Let's make certain that these are turned on by…
