Creating alternate versions with the Arranger Track and Scratch Pad
- Let's look at how we can use Studio One as a writing and arranging tool. In this movie we'll explore the ingenious arranger tracks to easily modify our song arrangement and part order. As well as the industry first scratch pad concept. Where we can have different versions of our song arrangement as temp versions right in the same space as our original arrangement. First, let's see how we can setup the Arranger track. We want to first show the arranger lane or the arranger track by clicking on this arrange icon in the upper left. And here we have a thin lane where we can put our arrange events. The other key to using the arranger track is by selecting the Arranger track and then clicking on the eye inspector icon to show the Arrange Inspector. This view is crucial, as we'll see when we start making arranger events in the timeline. Let's make a first arrange event.
