Trigger motion paths with user interaction - Storyline Tutorial
From the course: Articulate Storyline Quick Tips
Trigger motion paths with user interaction
- [Instructor] One of the ways you can use motion paths is to trigger them based on some action your learner takes. To make your motion paths interactive, start by editing the trigger. From here, we'll click to edit the event and change it to when User clicks. From the Object drop down, we can select what we want the user to click, but in this case, we'll leave it set as the Time Icon, and that's it. If we preview our slide, our motion path won't be triggered until we click on the icon. And that's how you can trigger motion paths with user interaction in Articulate Storyline.
