Join David Rivers for an in-depth discussion in this video Setting up global preferences, part of Learning Articulate Storyline 2.
- There will be times when you're working with Storyline 2…when things appear to happen automatically…in the background.…Maybe you've made a typo, you go back to fix it,…and it's already been fixed for you.…Or maybe typos like spelling errors appear…standing out on your slide using a red squiggly underline…and you don't like that.…Or maybe when you go to publish,…certain fields are filled out for you…and you need to change them every time.…Well there is a way to change them once…using your global settings…and that's what we're going to explore in this movie.…You can see, I still have my sample_project open…from the previous movie.…
You can open it up from the Chapter 1 folder…of your exercise files if you're skipping to this movie.…I'm gonna close up the slide view…and just look at story view.…We need to have something open to access these settings.…And the way we do it is from the File tab.…Click File, go down to the bottom you'll see…Storyline Options and give that a click.…It opens up the Storyline Options dialog…
