- [Instructor] In this movie we'll look at assigning a variable to another variable's value. Now this gets to be really helpful when you're working on more advanced projects but this is a good introduction to show you how you can reassign a variable to another. Let's say for example we want the learner to be able to customize the color of their name badge. Right, so this text entry field is being assigned to the variable name and if I wanted to create multiple versions of this so that I have different colors, I do need to copy and paste, and then create multiple versions of this text field, and multiple variables. So lets show you how this works. So I'm going to add, just a crazy little graphic here. Just this will be our fake markers and we want to let them maybe do some kind of customization.
