Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

- [Instructor] One of the ways you can save time in Storyline is by customizing and adding commonly used tools to your Quick Access Toolbar. For example, let's say we commonly use the text box option here from our Insert tab in the ribbon. We can add it to our toolbar by right-clicking and selecting the option for Add to Quick Access Toolbar, and now you'll see our text box option is available from our toolbar here. The same process works for options with dropdown menus, like our Shape option here. If we right-click and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar, we can access all of the dropdown menu items from our toolbar. And of course it's just as easy to remove an item. We can simply right-click and select Remove from Quick Access Toolbar. And that's how easy it is to customize the Quick Access Toolbar in Storyline.
