A common scenario for Storyline 2 users when creating elearning courses is to create more than one course with the same look and feel. Recreating color schemes, font families, and master slide changes can be time consuming. In this movie, you will know how to create a template with generic slides from an existing project and use it to create a new elearning project.
- [Voiceover] A common scenario for Storyline 2 users…who create multiple projects here in Storyline 2…is to create more than one with the same look and feel.…And that's where creating a template can save you time…and effort.…When you've already created things like color schemes,…font families, made changes to the master slide…like we did in a previous movie, adding this logo,…you can take an existing project and turn it…into a template, so moving forward, when you need…to create a similar-looking course,…you have a big head start.…
That's what we're going to do with this file.…LH_CS_0604, if you're catching up.…Before we do that, though,…we're going to make some adjustments…because this is a project that has specific information.…Now, the very first slide, the Welcome slide,…looks pretty good as is.…Maybe we could just insert an extra graphic,…so we'll go to Insert, Select Picture,…and from the Chapter 6 folder,…find image group, select it, and click Open.…And we'll just size it down so it fits nicely…inside our slide.…
