Building triggers for a slider interaction

- [Narrator] We have the bones of our slider interaction here. We've got our slider here on the base layer, and then we've got our three layers above it. Two things left to do, adjust the properties of our slider, and create triggers so that when we move the slider the appropriate layer fires. So I'm going to select our slider here. Let's go up to design. When you're working with sliders, storyline is creating number variables in the background. If you want to learn more about variables, you might want to check out my storyline Advanced Techniques course. However, I think I can explain things in a pretty simple way. Let's take a look at our start and end fields here. A slider is kind of like a bus line in that it has stops along the way. We want to create a slider that has four stops, stop zero, stop one, stop two, stop three. Stop zero is where the slider starts. Stop one will be Boston, stop two Denver, stop three…
