- [Instructor] Just as with a PowerPoint presentation, the most popular type of slide you're going to work with here in Storyline is going to contain text. In this movie we're going to look at how to add new slides, slides that will contain text and how to manipulate that text. We'll continue working with our new hire orientation project we imported from PowerPoint. If you're skipping to this movie, just open up Orientation0204, you'll be all caught up. We'll start by going to Slide one and double-clicking the Welcome slide. Opens up Slide one, where we can see a message, Welcome to the West End Landon. Remember these slides came from PowerPoint, so the formatting you're seeing on the slide, like the logo in the background, it's all part of the template that was used in PowerPoint. We do see some different elements on this slide, including text, and when you click inside a text box, you'll see the handles around the outside for fixing things up if we need to.
