- [Instructor] So as storyboard artists, we always need to make changes to our art. So how do you edit one of your drawings that's in a 3D space? So for instance, your client looks at this drawing of this man and wants cowlick coming up off the back of his hair. Well as you notice, we've been moving around and we're in the camera view right now. If I grab by Brush tool I can't draw on this layer. First of all, you have to be in stage view when you're in 3D in order to draw, but I'm still not able to draw. Why not? Well, it's because this artwork is not parallel to my drawing surface right now. So I'm going to make sure I have my drawing layer selected and then I come down here underneath and this little icon says Look at Selected. I'm going to select that and look, my drawing bounced around a little bit. Now look at that. I'm able to draw directly on my artwork and I can zoom in, change my Opacity, and I can make…
