Convert a scene to 3D
- [Instructor] The default of any storyboard shot or scene is 2D, that's how we normally draw just like you would draw on a piece of paper. If you want to work in 3D, there are three ways to convert your scene to 3D. Easiest way is just select your 3D object, like I'll grab our car over here, just drag it in. And I'm going to select Use a 3D model. Won't work if you select Render it to 2D. Now if I go to my Stage View, notice see the grid down here. That shows I'm in 3D. Camera View you won't see that. I can go back to 2D by selecting the 2D icon. That will remove the 3D models, okay. So we're back to 2D again. Another way to go to 3D is by clicking on this little icon up here that says 3D. Now we're in 3D. If I go to Stage View, you'll see the three dimensional area here, and I can move my 2D art in 3D. Right, very nice, let's go back to 2D. Another way you can convert your scene to 3D is by using a Storyboard dropdown…
