Animate 3D objects
- [Instructor] Animating a 3D object in Storyboard Pro is the same as animating a 2D layer. You use your Layer Transform tool and you set your key frames. The only real difference is that you can move your layer in a 3D space. So let's take a look. All right, so we've got this car in here that we imported over the last couple videos. Let's move it back, back in the frame. You can see down our timeline. I'm going to set a key frame not quite at the beginning, but I want the car up out of frame and notice as I move it, 'cause it's a 3D car, camera's staying stationary but I'm moving the car up so we're seeing underneath it. So I want the car to fall into frame to about this frame. I'm going to set another key frame and I'm going to drag the car down and have it bounce. But since we're in 3D, let's go ahead and make another adjustment. Let's have, as it comes down, it spins slightly. So let's see how that looks.…
