- Have you run into rendering out a 2D version of your 3D model but you can't see it? Well, I've run into this and I've got the answer for you. So let's do a quick import of a 3D object in. I'm going to render it to 2D. Let's just really quickly just get this in here into an angle. That's fine. Render to scene. All I see is a blue dot. I don't see my model. How could that happen? Well, chances are it's because in your importing as a 3D you probably set your scale factor down really low. Let's take a look. I'm going to right-click on my model in my library. I'm going to go to set scale factor. Yup, it's set to .0001. We had done that in another video in order to import the car in 3D so we could see it properly. So let's just change that to one. We'll bring it back to full size. I'm going to click okay. And let's import that vehicle again. We'll do the same thing. Render to 2D. And we'll do just what we did…
