Attaching scripts to clips in Premiere Pro
An exciting and useful feature inside of Adobe Story Plus is the ability to take a script from Story and have Adobe Premiere Pro use the text in that script and connect the words in the text to the spoken dialog inside the video clip. It's really a powerful feature that allows you to do some fast and easy editing. Just let me show you how to connect a script to a video clip in this movie, and I'll show you how to work with in a different movie. Here we have a script, and we're going to Export it. We Export it as a particular kind of file, an astx files, so I go File > Export As > Adobe Store Interchange Format (.astx). So I'm going to back off just for a second and close down Story, here we go. And here inside Premiere Pro, and I have got a clip loaded up here, this is a Scene 2, 2b specifically, and it uses dialog from our script. So I have loaded it up. What I need to do now is tell this clip what scene number to look for inside the script. Otherwise, it's just nearly possible…
