- [Instructor] Let's explore how to change color in Stata graphs. Changing and editing color in Stata graphs is relatively easy, by using the graph editor. But in this session, we're going to focus on two specific things: How to change color schemes, which determine the overall look and composition of the graphs. And how to change color via Stata code. Here's an example of a graph that was made with a monochrome scheme, and also includes reduced opacity for the marker labels. This particular color scheme can be useful if we want to print in black and white. Changing the opacity of markers, also allows us to better identify overlapping data points. The Stata command that we're going to use in this session is the scheme option that can be applied to any Stata graph. The scheme option changes the look of the entire graph.
