(pleasant electronic music) - [Instructor] Let's look at an interaction effect challenge. This will help reinforce the knowledge you've already gained from the previous videos. There is only one challenge, to create and interpret a complicated regression model. The challenge is to estimate the probability of being a union member using the variables wage, country, married, and grade. You must interact the variables wage, country, and married with each other and ensure that you specify wages as a quadratic relationship. The challenge is to make sense of these results.
