(rhythmic electronic music) - [Instructor] Let's look at some binary choice modeling challenges. This will help reinforce the knowledge you've already gained from the previous videos. The first challenge is to load the NLSW88 data file and build a binary choice model. Try estimating what the effect of age, grade, race, and married is on union membership. The next challenge is to explore whether this is a good model using goodness-of-fit statistics. And the final challenge is to interpret the estimate coefficients using average marginal effects. This challenge should take you around five minutes to complete.
