- [Instructor] Wix is a tool that anyone can use to build simple websites which work on phones, tablets, and desktops, without knowing any HTML or CSS. Wix offers two ways of building a site, either through a wizard or through the Wix editor. I'm going to focus on the wizard in this particular set of videos. And I'll mention the editor a few times. It is worth noting a couple of really big things about Wix right off the bat. First of all, it is the only no code tool that has a truly free version that you can launch with using one of their website addresses or URLs. And you won't find that to be possible with Squarespace or with Webflow or with Editor X, but at the same time, it has some serious drawbacks, and those have to do with their templates and some choices that you have to make there.
