Take your Spring skills to the next level by learning how to build a reactive application with Spring.
- [Chris] The reactive functional programming paradigm can help your organization produce more stable and efficient systems. You will be able to get more performance out of the same amount of hardware and produce a better user experience. In recent times, there has been an exponential increase in data. New users have high demands for a responsive user experience. And systems are deployed onto distributed systems. Your organization will need to shift to the Reactive paradigm to stay competitive in this new world.
In this course, I'll discuss Spring Five Reactive concepts such as Project Reactor, WebFlux and Spring Reactive data. We will build an application that leverages this full Reactive stack. We will be able to leverage the coinbase API and check the price of a cryptocurrency using a Reactive web client. We will also be able to create a simulated purchase order by persisting a document to MongoDB, using Spring Reactive data.
Hi, I'm Chris Anatalio and I've been programming professionally for over a decade. By the time you're done with this course, you should have a solid foundation in Reactive Spring. Let's take your Spring skills to the next level. Come join me in my LinkedIn Learning course on Reactive Spring.
