Create your own mighty full-stack app
- [Instructor] Spring and React have become standards in the Java and JavaScript world and using these two technologies into a single project can have its benefits for a developer. If you've had some experience developing front end projects, and looking to learn a backend solution in a different language. Or as a Spring developer, you've been looking for a course on React and how it integrates with Spring. If you've answered yes to any of these questions, you've come to the right place. In this course, we'll explore how to integrate the two frameworks into a single REST API with a React front end. Hi, I am Emmanuel Henri, and in the past I had to work on several projects where we leveraged Spring as the back-end with a React front-end, which has been my front-end tool for a long time. It'll be my pleasure to explore how to work with both. First, we'll take a look at the different pieces we'll use in this course, as well as getting the back-end and front-end initialized. Next, we'll dive deep into the Spring models in data persistence and set it up for a project. Then we'll continue by building our different endpoints to provide a full crawl back-end and how to code them. And finally, we'll move to build our React front-end by adding list iterations in the proper forms to add new items. So if you're ready to learn how to build a full-stack application with Spring and React open up your favorite editor and let's get started.
