The agile approach
- Agile practices enable teams to produce high-quality code and ship software products early and often. Agile uses bottom-up intelligence to fully leverage developers' creativity. Agile also prioritizes a sustainable working pace so that productivity is optimized. It shouldn't be a question of whether or not to become agile, but how to become agile quickly. In this course, we will discuss key principles of the agile approach from the perspective of developers. We will review some of the most popular agile approaches, such as scrum, kanban, and extreme programming. Hi, I am Shashi Shekhar.
