- [Instructor] For this course you should have some knowledge of basic operating system concepts. If you need to learn about these concepts, you can check out my course IoT Foundations: Operating System Fundamentals. To do the exercises in some demos is also helpful if you know C programming language or a similar one, but it's fine if you don't. You can follow along to watch them. In a few videos, I have referenced some hardware platforms and a software tools as examples. It is not necessary to purchase any hardware or download any software to follow along with the course.
