Share responsibilities to achieve better outcomes

- In this unit we're gonna talk about sharing responsibilities for risk and compliance throughout the organization. As we talk about, this is everyone's responsibility. It's not about the security team or the risk and compliance team coming in and doing an assessment and telling you everything you're doing wrong. This is about teams who are doing product delivery, actually taking responsibility for some of the controls and practices and procedures in order to reduce risk to the organization. I talked earlier in the last unit about first time we actually get legal risk compliance and product delivery teams in a room is when you hire a big-name consultant to come in and help to do that. The next step we do is we start talking about, what's the common goals that we want to achieve with all this work that evolves around risk and compliance?
