An important topic but I think the presentation could be far tighter. I would sum the critical learning as "its important to have compliance/regulatory officers weigh in as a stakeholder so they can help you understand, apply and enforce appropriate guidelines for your projects. In turn, they understand better how to incorporate agility, and everyone is better able to avoid unnecessary bottlenecks and rejections." Beyond that I think any other key points the instructor is trying to make are getting lost in the layers.
