And yes, it's hard if you have to lay off people because you don't get a round of funding or because of cutbacks, but this movie isn't about that, this movie is about deciding when you need to fire specific people. You've done your best, you've hired a great team, but sometimes it happens, the toxic element, the person, who if left in place, will start bringing your team down. The key is isolating the person who just needs more work or different work, or something else, from the person that's going to be a toxic element. Whenever you have troubles in your team, the first thing to do is determine if you can help it.
