Deploy the artifacts with AWS CodeDeploy, part 4
- [Instructor] Now, it's time to create our CodeDeploy configuration. We click on CodeDeploy. Nothing is here, so we click on Get Started Now. We don't need the sample deployment. We click on custom deployment and then we skip the walkthrough. Every CodeDeploy project has an application name. And as I said, because we want to do design by contract kind of thing, by contract, we use the application name as Accounting everywhere, we don't change it. And we are deploying on an EC2 instance, so compute platform is EC2. Deployment group name is similar to our environment in Bamboo, so if you remember, in Bamboo, under the Accounting deployment project, we have a QA environment. Deployment group in CodeDeploy is similar to environment. So because we use QA in Bamboo, we use QA in here. You can have two types of deployment in here. Either you can do in-place deployment or you can do blue/green deployment. In in-place deployment, all your servers will be at service when CodeDeploy is going to…
