- In this unit, we're gonna talk about how to create faster feedback on risk and compliance. So governance, measurement, and reporting, basically. This is everybody's problem. We need to understand what our goals are and more importantly, teams need to be able to set their own targets to reach those goals. If the teams don't take responsibility by setting their targets and iterating towards improvement, really what will happen is the entire organization will grind to a halt because that is when your governance, risk, and compliance people, your security people, step in and say stop everything and start doing it another way. So as a product delivery team person, if you don't take responsibility of this, they will.
