Conclusion

- In this module, we've talked about the problems with the agile program paradigm and the waterfall program paradigm. We've talked about the principles of actually moving to a high-performance method for running programs that work at scale. We presented a case study on how an organization has implemented these ideas. I've given you a bunch of stories from high-performing organizations, and finally, we've talked about continuous improvement and a method for doing program management at scale that works both for improvement work and for feature development. So I just wanna remind you of the five principles that I mentioned, which flow all the way through this module and through the entire course. Number one, we should be working together across all the functions of the organization at all levels to set measurable outcomes at the program level.
