- Depending on the localization solution you use, you might already have prescreened translators available to you. Even if that's an option though, you may decide to go with someone else. Finding freelance translators isn't very hard, but choosing among them isn't very obvious. How do you compare the options, and what qualities are you looking for? There are a number of places you can look, but I'm just going to talk about proz.com, since it demonstrates so many of the things that you should think about and ask about before hiring a translator. I'm going to come down here, and I'm actually going to click this link that says Search for professional translators & interpreters. This will give us a few additional options.
