- [Narrator] So I'm going to go through a detailed example that combines everything we've learned in this course. In this video, I'm going to explain, what is the problem and what are we trying to achieve? You can give it a try and try to come up with a ladder logic and check your solution later. In any PLC Programing, each PLC programmer has his or her own preferred method. So each problem has more than one right way to solve it. There are some general rules that will make programming a little bit easier and help you to build the ladder logic. So let's take this example that involves programming in automatic control for the system shown. When the start pushbutton starts, a stacker starts stacking plywood sheets at Position A using Sensor A. When 12 sheets are stacked, the conveyor goes on and moves the stacks to Position B. A sensor is used to stop the conveyor at Position B. At B, there's a paint that's applied for 10 seconds. After painting is complete, the conveyor restarts…
