Join Justin Reznick for an in-depth discussion in this video Crop tool in Snapseed, part of Editing Images Using Snapseed.
- [Instructor] The crop tool is something…that we often use in our editing…software of choice.…And so let's take a look at what Snapseed…has to offer.…I'm gonna open up Tools,…and the crop tool is right below tune image…in the upper left corner,…go ahead and select that.…And again, I get that tab at the bottom…of the screen which gives me my choices.…Now, what I love about this is…it shows me the presets.…I don't have to scroll down.…I could just go ahead and say click on square,…and it's cropped into a square, 16x9,…and if I hit rotate, it's gonna go ahead and…rotate that from the vertical to a horizontal.…
And then if go back to original,…I'm right there, so,…I'm just basically, you know,…just able to look at everything,…see the information and select…what I'm looking for.…I'm gonna go ahead and select Free…just so I could show you how it works.…And it's exactly as you'd imagine.…You're gonna go ahead and grab a corner…and drag it down, okay?…I can go in, I can go up,…and what I wanna do in this image is…I have way too much sky so I'm gonna come down…
