Black and white conversion in Snapseed

- [Instructor] Now, I love black and white photography. It's so important that for a full featured editing tool I really need good control for that. Fortunately, Snapseed gets the job done. Let's take a look at black and white. Open up the tools and I will find the icon on the right, the far right, about three rows up from the bottom, so there's black and white. Go ahead and select it. Now, we're gonna notice our presets and I can go through. I'm gonna start at neutral contrast, bright, dark and so on. You may find a really nice starting point and you can build from there, but I'm gonna come into neutral. I generally like to have this fine tune control from the get go. Now, guess what, up and down, right. So, we got the finger, we're gonna slide up and down. I'm not into adding grain to an image, I know, it can give that kind of old film look, but it's just not my style. I'm really interested in brightness and contrast. I'm gonna start with contrast.
