Skype allows you to customize how you would like incoming calls to be handled if you are unavailable. Learn about how you have the ability to customize call forwarding options to have calls sent directly to voicemail, sent to another Skype account, or sent to a mobile number in this video.
- [Instructor] In this video, let's take a look…at the call forwarding feature inside of Skype.…Now if you call someone on Skype,…and they're unable to answer,…you will receive a popup message…letting me know that they're unable to answer.…And then it will let you send a default message…asking them to call you back.…If you wanted to, you could also go down…by clicking on that contact,…towards the bottom and click inside of this text box,…type in any message that you'd like to send to them.…Remember too that we talked about video messages,…so I can go to the far right…and create a video message…that I would then share with this contact.…
What about with your account though?…What if someone tries to call you…and you're unable to answer?…Here's where you can be proactive…and you can turn on call forwarding.…So, up here at the top,…I'm going to click on the three dots icon.…From there I'll click on Settings,…and then I wanna go down to my Calling settings.…So, I'll go down here and click on Calling…and notice on the right that we have Call Forwarding…
