Working with the white balance controls
- [Instructor] Whilst the option that we will look at here is a very simple tool to use in terms of camera controls, the creative options that it gives us as a render artist make it well worth our very quickly checking it out. The option that we are talking about being the V-Ray camera's white balance control. To see just how easy this is to work with, and seeing as I have already saved a base render to the frame of this history list, let's open up the asset editor, and in the settings tab, open up the camera rollout so that we can take a look at the white balance control which, in reality, consists of just a single color swatch that can be used to not only set the white point for a render, but also to either add or remove any color casts from our images. After clicking on the color swatch, we can use the controls that we see to punch in any color value that we like. In this instance, because I know that our wall material here is adding quite a bit of blue balance to the objects…
