Using view modes to check models

- [George] Hi, I'm George Maestri, and today we're going to look at some ways to check your models for consistency simply by using the view modes available in SketchUp. So here we have a simple community of small houses. And I want to check to make sure these models are good. Now, when I start to orbit these, one of the first things I see is that I see these little windows here are starting to kind of shimmer as I orbit my scene. One way to check this is to simply change the way our edges are viewed. Right now I only have edges on my scene, but if I want to, I can turn on Profiles as well. Now when I do, notice how these edges here are darker. And the reason for that is that this is actually just a face that's sitting on top of this component. So if I were to double-click on this, this particular one is actually part of that model. It's actually on the surface. But if I click outside of this, I actually have this, which is actually outside of this. I could actually move this off. So…
