Retouch textures in Photoshop

- [Instructor] In this video we're going to use Photoshop to help us edit some of the textures in our SketchUp model. Firstly I'd like to change the color of the hardwood floor. And I've already shown you in another video how you can do that by going into the existing material in the Colors in Model and then you have access to change the Hue, Saturation, or Brightness of that particular texture. But there's only so much you can do with these sliders. Now you can click this button right here and that will open the texture image in an external editor. And you can set up in Preferences on the application's page what external editor you wanna use. I like to use Photoshop, so I've already assigned that. So when I click this button it automatically opens it in Photoshop. Here I am in Photoshop and you can see SketchUp behind it. So what I'd like to do is go up to the Image menu and choose Adjustments, Desaturate. That makes it grayscale. Then I am going to close and Save. This is a JPEG, so…
