Render elements explained

- [Instructor] Oftentimes these days, projects that we work on will use a pipeline that relies quite heavily on post production applications bringing together or positing a number of elements into a finished graphic or video sequence. In V-Ray for SketchUp, it is the render element's functionality that gives us the ability to output an array of scene elements or components that can be used in just such a workflow. In this first video for the chapter then, we're going to spend a few minutes discussing just what render elements are before we move on to taking a look at how we can go about using them. Simply put then, render elements give us the ability to quite literally split apart the various aspects of our rendered images, breaking them down into component elements as it were. Imagine for instance, a painter being able to take apart a finished piece of work, separating out from further editing the various color, brush stroke, and even compositional elements that he put into making…
